Lex proposes to Lois, and Clark tells her he loves her, but she says that loves him too but only as a friend. When Lois asks if she and Superman have a chance to stay together, he says to Lois they can’t stay together because she only loves him because he’s Superman. Then, Lois accepts Lex’s proposal.
