Christian learns that Kimber and Merril are engaged. Escobar continues to have the surgeons do things for him. Liz is sent to Bermuda after being shot in the leg by one of Escobar’s people. Sean goes to kill Escobar. Escobar makes a deal with Sean; a new face for their freedom. Christian learns, in the delivery room, that he is not the father of Gina’s baby. Julia returns to get the paternity test she had done a while ago. The doctors do surgery on Escobar, and give him the face of a criminal even higher than Gallardo on the Most Wanted List - Armand Ortiz. Ortiz is arrested at the airport for bank robbing and killing a federal agent.

It’s Christmas in South Park once again. This year Stan, the boy with the red poof-ball hat, finds himself helping out a group of adorable critters that live in the forest. They ask him to help protect their pregnant friend, who will give birth to their Lord’s son. Everything is going well until Stan learns who these critters worship.

After the most successful advertising campaign Springfield has ever seen, The Krusty the Clown show gets bumped in the ratings by Arthur Crandall, a droll ventriloquist, and Gabbo, his excitable dummy. Gabbo is a huge hit, and Krusty’s show is cancelled as a result of falling ratings. Bart and Lisa enlist the help of Krusty’s Hollywood pals like Hugh Hefner, Bette Midler, Elizabeth Taylor, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and others to save his show. After an emotional TV special, Krusty’s show is brought back for good.

Michael and Lincoln come to blows over Scylla as Christina sets the wheels in motion for her plan. Meanwhile, Sara recieves life-changing news and T-Bag arrives at the Indian Embassy.
Michael and Sara make a dangerous hitchhiking journey to Miami while Lincoln meets with his mother and T-Bag and Self's mission to locate Scylla takes a dramatic turn.
Michael recieves medical attention. Charles Westmoreland helps uncover the real secrets of Scylla. Lincoln and Sucre do everything in their power to retrieve Scylla before it's gone forever.
Gretchen and Self wind up with Scylla (and a buyer). Michael, whose condition is deteriorating, winds up in the hands of The Company--who promise Lincoln that they can save Michael's life in exchange for a favor.
Michael risks his life by breaking into the Company headquarters along with the others.
Gretchen tries to get the last card with a meeting with the general.

Sara is left with no choice but to take Michael to the hospital as his condtion rapidly worsens. Sucre and Lincoln are faced with unknown territory as they are left in charge of the operation. Agent Self makes a surprising ally.
Michael, Lincoln, Sucre and Bellick tunnel into the Company's headquarters. Gretchen meets with Pad Man.
Michael's condition continues to deteriorate.
The police question T-Bag regarding Andy's disappearance. Wyatt propositions Sara while Mahone awaits his shot at his son's killer.
Lincoln works to retrieve the final card, which is being held by the General. Michael and Self are forced to work with Gretchen. Meanwhile, Roland continues to be berated for losing the transcribing device in Las Vegas.
The entire operation may be in jeopardy when Mahone gets into trouble with the law. Gretchen's sister receives a surprise visitor. The Company may be onto Self. T-Bag continues to raise suspicions at Gate.
Self locates another card, hidden in a safe within a secure federal building.
Mahone continues his quest for revenge.
T-Bag's new life may be in jeopardy.
Michael and the others track another cardholder to a consulate. T-Bag arrives in LA and runs into Michael and Lincoln. Wyatt also makes it to LA, in an effort to locate Sara. Bruce's body is discovered.
Michael attempts to track the cardholder and avoid going back to prison.
Wyatt finds new information regarding Sara's whereabouts.
T-Bag uses a new identity to make a new life for himself.
Michael, Lincoln and the others get a new team member, Roland, and work to copy the data card. Wyatt continues his quest to find the brothers. T-Bag makes his way north.
Michael has trailed Gretchen/Susan, Whistler and Mahone to L.A. Chaos reigns in SONA while T-Bag, Bellick and Sucre go missing. Lincoln and L.J. continue to stay with Sofia.
