Rachel and Ross arrive at the hospital; she’s upset to get a semi-private room. Monica and Chandler decide to have a baby and right away. Mrs. Geller turns up to give Ross her mother’s engagement ring; she wants Ross to marry Rachel. Joey can’t understand why somebody wouldn’t want to be married to Rachel. Phoebe meets a handsome stranger, but can’t quite get his room number, so she gets Dr. Drake Ramoray to get it. She also gets him to find out some personal info from the guy. As Rachel waits for her own baby, various other pregnant women come and go, until Janice shows up.

Tony is stricken by a nasty bout of food poisoning and has a strange dream conversation with Pussy in his delirium. When Tony wakes up, his suspicions are aroused. The FBI catches Livia at the airport with incriminating evidence against her son. The Feds decide to move against Tony just before Meadow’s graduation.

Tom and Diana continue their investigation on Jordan Collier’s plan for mankind. Dennis Ryland returns to NTAC. Isabelle is seriously injured when she takes a classroom hostage.

The Tree Hill residents are forced to face their fears as Dan turns over on a new leaf and Brooke makes the hardest decision of her life. When the victim’s credit card is suddenly used a year after his death, Lilly re-opens the 2005 case of a counselor at a teens’ rehab center who was shot to death just two weeks before he was scheduled to testify in a murder case. During the probe, Lilly feels a strange connection to the victim, and her personal attachment may end up jeopardizing the case.

As the CSI’s continue their search for and discover the identity of the “Miniature Killer”, Grissom and Sara’s relationship gets exposed to the rest of the team as she goes missing during the investigation. The “Miniature Killer” is finally captured, but not before a member of CSI becomes the killer’s final victim.

Betty finds herself in a dilemma between Henry and Gio when each makes a romantic offer to her. Meanwhile, a softball game between ELLE and Mode has rivals Wilhelmina and Naomi Campbell facing off in the field.
