Bones 1×22: The Woman in Limbo

Brennan receives some bones that she must identify, but is stunned when she finds that the remains are those of her mother. Brennan is hit hard by this discovery, and understandably so, since she never knew what happened to her parents after they disappeared 15 years ago. An investigation is opened by Booth into the case, for the first time ever. Brennan is shocked with evidence that her parents might not be the people she thought they were, and she must come to grips with these new details from her parents’ past as well as her own.

Stargate SG-1 3×22: Nemesis (1)

The episode opens with Daniel Jackson confined to the infirmary recovering from an appendectomy. The rest of team is told to take a vacation. O’Neill wants to go fishing and Carter wants to stay on base to work on a project. As O’Neill is leaving he is suddenly transported to Thor’s ship where he encounters many mechanical spiders. When he finds Thor he is informed these are replicators, an even greater enemy to the Asgard than the Goa’uld. He tells O’Neill that they (Asgard) need his help to defeat them.

Ross wants to be with Rachel, but she still wants to go to Paris. He tries to tell her about his feelings, but Gunther beats him to it. Rachel leaves for the airport, and Ross decides to catch her at the gate. Meanwhile, Erica turns out to be carrying twins: a boy and a girl. Chandler and Monica name the girl Erica, after her surrogate mother, and the boy Jack, after Monica’s father. Mike tells Phoebe that he wants to have babies. Joey buys Monica and Chandler a housewarming present: Chick Jr. and Duck Jr.

Melinda visits the Mayor of Grandview and asks him to cancel the memorial dedication they are holding. She speaks to the ghost of a mail person and is looking for a young girl named Kristen. Later, Melinda and Professor Payne search for missing children after their Nanny says that they left with a man named Gabriel. Meanwhile, a mysterious man tries to get Melinda to stop helping the good guys.

The Simpsons 13×22: Poppa’s Got a Brand New Badge

Springfield is in the midst of a heat wave. The nuclear plant is at capacity and when one of its crack employees, Homer Simpson, plugs in just one appliance too many, the city has a blackout. Looting begins and the police are ineffective. In an attempt to try doing something right for a change, Homer starts his own security company to help keep order. Chief Wiggum finds himself without a job, when Mayor Quimby decides that “Spring Shield” security should become the city’s new police force. Homer shuts down one of Fat Tony’s operations and with that crime is non-existent. Fat Tony makes a public announcement that he is going to gun down Homer if he isn’t out of town by tomorrow at noon. Homer appeals for help, only no one of importance offers to help. The following day, Fat Tony and New Jersey associates a la The Sopranos go to the Simpson home. Shots ring out, effectively wounding Fat Tony and friends. Homer decides to give his badge to the next person he sees, which happens to be Clancy Wiggum. He comments that’s the way he got the job in the past, he also disavows any knowledge of the shots; but we know who the shooter is, it’s Maggie Simpson.

Bleach 2×26: Morning of the Sentence

Kenpachi Zaraki, captain of the 11th squad, is running through the Soul Society with Orihime and Yachiru on his back. They come crashing through the ceiling of the prison cell that holds Uryuu, Chad and Ganju and then free them. After getting lost again in the streets of Soul Society, Kenpachi runs into Captain Tousen and Captain Komamura and their vice captains, Shuuhei Hisagi and Tetsuzaemon Iba. Tousen asks Kenpachi why he is helping the ryoka and instead of answering him, Kenpachi challenges them to a fight. Meanwhile back in the cavern, Renji finishes his training and asks Yoruichi if Ichigo can really achieve Bankai in time.

The Simpsons 7×25: Summer of 4 Ft. 2

It is the last day of school and Lisa has no one to sign her yearbook; Bart on the other hand is quite popular. Flanders offers Homer his Little Pwagmattasquarmsettport beach house for a few days, since he has jury duty and won’t be able to use it. Lisa worries about not having a friend to bring. Bart brings Milhouse, making Lisa feel depressed. Lisa decides not to bring any of her dorky things so that she can redefine her identity. She gets new clothes and searches for kids with whom to play. She finds a bunch of local kids that seem to like her for whom she is. To make her feel even more special, they reject Bart in favor of her, making Bart jealous. Meanwhile, Homer sets out to buy illegal fireworks. Lisa is acting exactly like Bart when she hangs out, infuriating Bart and he decides to sabotage her friendships. He shows them a yearbook, revealing her as a nerd. She is humiliated and angry with him. He feels bad, so he tries to win back her friends. Even though they’ve found out she is a nerd, it turns out that they don’t mind and they all sign her yearbook.
