After passing Zara and Ching’s tests, Clark learns that they want him to leave the Earth (and Lois) and go back with them to rule New Krypton. If he refuses, the planet will be ruled by the evil Lord Nor, who sends an assassin to kill Clark before that can happen. When Clark defeats the assassin, he and Lois decide that he must go with Zara and Ching. Clark says goodbye to his parents, to Earth and to Lois, and leaves with Zara and Ching.
The Simpsons 16×21: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Guest Star
Bart is given the role of a cooper in the school’s medieval festival, while Lisa is the queen. Bart is blamed and expelled when rats come out of large pie that is presented to the queen. Marge looks for a new school for Bart and decides to try out a Catholic school. In his first day at school Bart encounters a tough nun and Father Sean. Bart takes a liking to Father Sean and begins to embrace the Catholic faith, which concerns Homer and Marge. Homer goes to the school with the purpose of taking Bart out of school, only to himself being converted before the night is through. With her husband and son gone Marge finds herself alone at church. Reverend Lovejoy tells her that when they die she and Homer will be going to different heavens. Marge, Ned and Reverend Lovejoy go to Homer and Bart’s first communion class to at the very least liberate Bart from becoming Catholic. To bring Bart back to his old religion they take him to a religious festival. Father Sean and Homer arrive hoping to take Bart back, but Bart in one his rare moments of insight brings both sides together, that is until 1,000 years later.

Julia returns to get the paternity test she had done a while ago. The doctors do surgery on Escobar, and give him the face of a criminal even higher than Gallardo on the Most Wanted List - Armand Ortiz. Ortiz is arrested at the airport for bank robbing and killing a federal agent.

It’s J.D.’s last day as an intern, and soon he will become a resident. Carla and Turk are arguing about dating other people. Elliot finally rebels against being everyone’s doormat, and J.D. is just trying to stay out of people’s way. Jordan has returned to get a physical and a new patient, Mr. Bober, has been admitted, because he needs his gall bladder removed. He really needs the surgery, but doesn’t have the insurance to pay for it. They enlist the help of Dr. Cox, Dr. Wen and Jordan. And Jordan spills the beans.

Tony's feud with Ralphie escalates when Ralphie is passed over for promotion again. Meadow and Jackie grow closer, while the Soprano crew loses a member in an unexpected fashion. Tony strikes up a relationship with one of Melfi's other patients.
Junior undergoes surgery for his cancer, but Tony must step in when Junior's doctor ignores his phone calls. Tensions mount between Paulie and Christopher as Christopher's initiation into made manhood continues. Carmela consults her own therapist, who gives her some hard things to think about.
Ralphie violently reacts to a Bing dancer when his temper gets the better of him, and he and Tony come to blows over it in the parking lot. Meadow and Noah take their relationship to a new level, but things don't stay romantic for long as Meadow's roommate causes problems.
Bobby's cancer-ridden father comes out of retirement to do a hit. Meanwhile, Junior is given some unpleasant news about his medical condition. Tony's racism again boils to the surface when he has a run-in with a black cop. Artie explores his feelings for Adriana, while Carmela participates more actively in Tony's therapy.
Ralphie introduces Jackie Jr. to the muscle end of his business, which doesn't go over well with Tony. Janice gets in over her head with the Russians when she won't back down in her feud with Svetlana. After a session with Tony, Melfi is brutally raped in the parking garage of her building, and she struggles with the idea of using Tony as a weapon against her attacker.
Melfi starts to push Tony in his therapy and Tony uncovers some disturbing memories from his childhood that may help explain his panic attacks. Paulie and Christopher clash when Christopher comes up short in his collection envelope. Tony is proud of A.J. when he makes captain of his football team, but Tony soon learns that his panic attacks run in the family.
Racial tensions flair and Tony suffers another panic attack when he meets Meadow's new boyfriend from college. The FBI finds a new member of the Soprano crew to use as a rat, while another Soprano soldier resorts to violence over garbage routes. Livia's sudden death puts an end to Tony's worries about her testimony against him. Janice returns to participate in her funeral, but all does not go smoothly when the guests start airing their true feelings about Tony's departed mother.
While the Soprano family goes about their day-to-day activities, the FBI begins an elaborate operation to bug their home. Tony ponders his options when Patsy starts asking too many questions about his brother's death.
